Exchange and return policy

At Avon Cake, we make sure to deliver all orders to our customers with the highest quality, and in the shortest possible time.

The cake cannot be replaced under any circumstances, as the cake is made to the customer’s request

- The order must be reviewed before receipt from the representative to ensure its authenticity and safety and that it conforms to the conditions of the requested product

- In the event that the product arrives in a manner that does not match the requested product (wrong product - damaged product), communication will be made immediately and photos showing the damage should be attached; To process the request

- The product must be in its original condition and with all its accessories if the customer wants to return the product in accordance with the above conditions. However, if the protection stickers are removed from the product or if it is used by the customer, the return request will be rejected.

- The customer cannot cancel the order after confirming it, and if the customer wants to do so, he must contact customer service in this regard before the order moves to processing.

- It is not possible to return it if the customer is late in receiving the order from the representative after he waits and moves from the location, or the receipt location changes after the representative moves to the first location. Failure to receive it when the representative is present may expose him to paying new shipping.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from the date the required bank account details are provided.

The refunded amount will be returned to the same account used for the original transfer, or through a reverse transaction in case the payment was made via the website or approved electronic payment methods
