Looking for a Father's Day cake? A cake for Dad doesn't have to wait for one day a year. Father's Day, his birthday, a promotion or retirement, or a simple surprise from the kids are all good reasons. Here are Avon Cake's ready-made cakes for Dad, how to choose the size and filling, and how to design his cake yourself if you want something more personal.
A cake for Dad, whatever the occasion
- Father's Day: a design that captures what being a dad means, or a cake from his wife and kids together.
- His birthday: a Happy Birthday banner and a superhero logo, with his name or age on the board.
- A promotion or retirement: a clean, simple design and a line like "Congrats on the promotion".
- A surprise from the kids: a small, single-serve cake delivered to his home or office.
Ready-made Father's Day cakes
1. Father's Day Cake
The Father's Day Cake is a delicate hand-drawn illustration on white cream: a dad's hand holding his little one's hand, framed by orange, purple and green flowers. It tells a story, and it brings the whole family around him.
- Sizes: 6" (serves 4), 8" (6), 10" (8), 12" (10; book a day ahead).
- Writing: your message on the cake.
2. Best Father & Husband Cake
If the gift is from his wife and kids together, the Best Father & Husband Cake honours both roles: HUSBAND and PAPA set in a black grid, with red hearts and "the best" on top.
- Sizes: 6" (serves 4), 8" (6), 10" (8).
- Writing: an optional line on the board.
3. Happy Super Dad Cake
For the family hero: the Happy Super Dad Cake is inspired by Superman and decorated with a drawing of a dad with his kids.
- Sizes: 6" (serves 4), 8" (6), 10" (8).
- Writing: your message on the cake.
4. Father Hero Cake
The Father Hero Cake is fully covered in dark blue cream and topped with a red and yellow Superman logo and a yellow Happy Birthday banner. A great pick for his birthday.
- Sizes: 6" (serves 4), 8" (6), 10" (8).
- Writing: your line on the board, such as his name or age.
More designs for Dad
- Dad's Hero Cake: fondant with a SuperMan logo and stars, 6 to 12 inches, with writing on the board.
- Daddy Superhero Cake: Superman-inspired, in small sizes: 5" (serves 3) or 6" (4).
- Dad Always Wins Cake: white DAD letters on a black grid, calm blue cream and small red hearts, in 6, 8 and 10 inches.
- Best Dad Cake and Super Dad Cake: white with blue piped edges, one reading Best Dad and the other SUPER DAD, both 6" (serves 4).

Want to design it yourself?
Design Your Cake has a design category called «اب» (Dad) with 4 designs, each available on all 22 shapes and sizes:
- «افضل اب» (Best Dad).
- «سوبر بابا» (Super Baba).
- A dad carrying his son on his shoulders, with "Best DAD" on his blue shirt.
- The letters DAD in a tic-tac-toe (X-O) grid with small red hearts, for a clean, minimal look.
The steps:
- Pick the shape and size.
- Pick the filling.
- Pick the colour.
- Pick the design from the «اب» category, and add your message on the cake or the board.
- Or, instead of a design, print a photo, such as Dad with the kids. Photos print without a design.
- Add any extras.
